It's a good collab between 3 of hip-hops greatest, but it's not even near any of their best solo tracks. It shouldn't go on the list just because it's Jay-Z, RAkim and DRe, the track needs to be great too, not just good or slightly better than good.

Where im from (UK) these songs are classed as "Garage" not "hip hop" there good songs and all but there not for the "top 50 greatest hip hop songs" at least i don't think so any way... :whistle:
