yeah man, just diet and exercise. and i did it slowly but effectively which is the best way to do it

wow you guys and ur healthy food shit is fuckin retarded guys...

here's a simple fix to all this, you can eat all this shit you want, as long as you excerise...

just get off your lazy ass and do sports, i used to do 4 sports at one time, now i am only doing 2 but i show up 30 min to 60 min early before each practice to do stuff on my own...

none of this diet pills or shit is gonna do anything, unless u start actually doing something.

exacly man. diet pills dont do shit. idk about other countries but in america the biggest pill right now is Ally and u actually have to stick to it for life to keep ur weight regulated. all it does is make u shit all day long. i work out but i also watch what i eat which is important too. of course if u are an athlete like Tash, u can have as many carbs as u want and it wont matter

well you can be an athlete and not try during practice and then nothing would matter..
