exacly man. diet pills dont do shit. idk about other countries but in america the biggest pill right now is Ally and u actually have to stick to it for life to keep ur weight regulated. all it does is make u shit all day long. i work out but i also watch what i eat which is important too. of course if u are an athlete like Tash, u can have as many carbs as u want and it wont matter

well you can be an athlete and not try during practice and then nothing would matter..
