Okay we all should know by now the song Hip Hop police by chamillionaire & slick rick. I need some help with figuring some things out about the song. I know you really can't get the true concept of the song unless you watch the video. and I get Chamillionaire's part. But I can't understand Slick Rick's. Can someone help explain what he's saying for me please?

Have you seen the video yourself? Slick rick is just being a hophop cop in it. Pretty straight forward if you see the vid I thought? Unless you are trying to read into it way too much

he plays both a cop and a criminal but he just raps about nothing relating to the song
