Blocking pop-ups

does anyone here have programs to stop pop-ups?

Mozilla Firefox but internet explorer pop-ups keep coming up from no where

That's strange, because usually Mozilla blocks almost all of them, and the ones that don't get blocked: I think you can set the level of security at the options menu.
As for your IE popups, I don't know what to say. I think you should scan you pc for viruses/spyware. I hope your antivirus doesn't find any problems. Good luck, man!

google toolbar works for me 
I Hate PhpBB3, Avatars On The Other Side WTF!! Skining on phpbb2 is much better
