yesterday in amsterdam a 16 year old kid made a joke bout a 14 year old kids last name, they got to arguing, 16 yo threw a pen to the 14 year old kid's head, class was over, the 14 yo said ill wait for u outside, 16yo walked outside end of the day and got stabbed in the neck and died.

we have an isalmic government n in a situation like this the killer either gives blood money or the victims family decides the punishment still in accordance with law
but after recieving the blood money the victims family cannot harm him in any way.

its like like this
to escape a death sentence/max. sentence possible the murderer will pay blood money so that his entence is REDUCED. he is still being punished but its like a bargain , in this way the victims u kno feel like they hav had justice
so basically i'm sayin the murderer still gets punished evn after payin blood money

murder and assault are different things and i think thats the level of getting provoked were some people deserve a good slap, or even getting knocked the fuck out....but he didnt deserve to die.

yet if someone bragged about how he was gonni fuck my mum or (for example) made fun of someone in ym family who had problems or made fun of somehting that was a touchy subject in my family that they dont have any right to even mentioned...and we got into a fight and he died...id feel sorry but they guy was big enough to open his mouth, he was big enough to fight so he was big enough to die..should i (using me as example) get done for murder or man slaughter....hell no


and even in the xample were the 14 year old killed the 16 year old. the 16 year old was most likely a bully coz i doubt one incident as little as a argument and name calling would push someone to use a knife, it was probly most likely just then the guy thought fuck this i aint taking any more of this guys shit and pulled out the knife and stabbed him...but we'll never know the real story so i for one would take the media's interpitation as what it really was.
