Big Problem (NEED FUCKING ANSWERS)

It's a miracle that i'm on here right now to start with.
All yesterday, my computer wouldn't boot up. No idea why, it just wouldn't.
Can't use the spare computer since my fuckin sister has broken it.
I gave the fan a blow and it's loaded up, but i dunno if it'll load up the next time i switch it off.
So, any ideas?
I need serious help with this. Cause if it don't get sorted i won't be on here.

1st advice.. never BLOW ur fans.. make sure they blow you..

2nd advice.. i think u hv a CPU heat problem and ur fan is slow.... does a loud noise come outta ur system.. like da fan goin hyper??

^ Not really. Seems to be just like it ever was tbh.
I'm doing a scan for problems atm, so maybe that'll help.
At least it seems to be switching on now.

if it works after you cleaned it a little it sounds like a heat issue.Buy some compressed air in the tin and clean that mofo out.Failing that buy yourself a new and more effective heatsink.
