Does anybody know how to get the audio out of video files???

I've got a few videos on my itunes, and i wanna use some of the audio from these videos on a track i'm co-producing.

Anyone got any ideas?

I don't im afraid....however on my comp when the trial runs out I just put the date back on my computer when I wanna use the program and it still works. Mine is an older version though....
