Halo 3 Tournament Interest Thread

Basically tell me your thoughts on whether or not you'd participate in a halo 3 tourney here.

Its either going to be a 2v2 or 1v1, if it gets bigger than i thought, the max is 3v3.

So which would you prefer.

1v1
2v2
3v3

And a "Yes I'd participate"

Its only going to be played on

Snowbound / Gaurdian / Epitaph / Construct / Isolation / The Pit

level / game type will be random
Shotty Snipers / Slayer / CTF are the only game types availible.

You CAN have outside members for your team.

That would actually help to get more members!
I'd like 3 vs 3 personally, Me Nick and Matt =]

Ah.

It would likely be sometime after christmas, a few weeks to get teams around and so many people can actually get the game when christmas comes around, including me.

im in. and the long wait till christmas will give me time to start playing again.

i prefer 2v2, the pit. the pit because its most balence map in halo3, has 2 sniper, 1 rocket,OS,Camo, so map control is crucial for victory.

i know their at least 4 or 5 people on this site with xbl, so we might have a small tourny, but i think it will stil be fun.

we may have some difficulties however, this is doine on xbox live so host is going to play a difference. and also we might have connection problems and some poeple might not be able to join ohter games.

if you want any help organizing let me know i have some experience.

i gotta go shower.

I don't even have it yet lol I've just played a lot of my friends, I don't have the money for it so ya, gotta wait till Christmas. I've made hundreds of accounts so I'm not going to post mine yet as I'll likely just make a new one by then.

I figured hosting would be an issue. I guess we'll flip a coin over who hosts.

I'll definitely need help as I don't know too much about it yet. lol

I have a feeling it will be 2vs2 or 3vs3, we'll probabley vote pending how many people we get.

and rules something like

1. All weapons map default
2. Power weapons will be on, deal with it
3. Tournament matches will be a best 2 out of 3; the maps will be chosen for you.
4. Maps must be played in the chosen order.
5. All games are Slayer.
6. After each round, you must provide a link from bungie as proof of your match win or loss.
7. Flip a coin to host.

And idk shady babie i know im not the best here but theres deadishot and my freind matt said he'd be in and he's beast.

So what right now we have like 7?

I'd like at least 16 for a good sized tournament 8 teams of two or if 18, 6 teams of 3
