What do u mean it couldnt be a response, i think this DMX song came out in 99, eminem was famous then, well kinda, and the MMLP was his second record where he really attacked everyone, so i think it coulda been a response for sure. I just checked it out, The MMLP was released in 2000, makes sense to me!!!

8 mile came after the song, so he couldnt be referring to Em as actor.. i think its a weird coincidence

Actually Eminem was in the movie The Wash at that time so it could easily be a diss in that regards, and the superman thing could be a coincidence. It's just my thoughts. And there were TONS of beef that weren't "media" covered. Eminem wasn't THAT famous in 1999.
