i dont beileive it, dre knows the dela and he aint goni go from having Eminem, Jay-z and Royce Da 5'9 writing for him to lil wayne, he aint even on the same chart to be on the same level as the other 3

I hope he's not. I tried to listen to Lil' Wayne and I've come to the conclusion that people who like his music are brain damaged. I just don't think he's any good, so if he has any part of Dre's music then it's going to make me very wary of what other people Dre could be working with. But nothings written in stone, so I'll just wait to hear more about it before I start judging.
