Kate Nash, who likes her?

Got hold of 'Made of Bricks' a few days ago and I'm blown away by how good it is.

Only rarely do I love an artist (and when I do, I usually make a thread on it here: Plan B being the last artist that had me addicted to an album). Tracks like Nicest Things and Birds are amazing songs, Mariella, Skeleton Song, Mouthwash are also great, had this in my car and Ipod for at least the last week. I'm a big fan of those with musical talent and this girl plays and writes great melodies, hooks and is a great story teller/song writer. Check the album out if you haven't already.

What other music do you listen to you?

I'm not a fan of many artists or genres, just tend to have a load of tracks I like from various places, with the occasional artist/album that grabs me for a good while. Recently it's been Leona Lewis Spirit album, Amy Winehouse, Kano, Sway (heard the lovedough mixtape or his latest one?), Akala and Example. Then there's a load of random tracks, a load of guitar stuff from Indie bands like Scouting for Girls to older stuff like The Beatles and even tracks like 'Like light to flies' by Trivium, the metal screaming doesn't do it for me but everything else about the track is great.

Lemme know what artists/album you'd recommend thought geezer, I'm always up for hearing new things, specially when it comes from someone who makes good music themselves (I mean that).

after listening 2 more of her songs, she is kinda catchy, she also has some real sick rhyme structures.

^ She makes incredible songs in an almost opposite way to Eminem, although what seems like real simple is actually kinda complex, it's like she ignores any kind of music convention. It reminds me of West End musicals, narration to backdrop music ... something about her makes me want to caress her breasts gently but firmly while licking her right ear.

Actually she's good, even if she has that little strange accent.. I kinda like her..
