Not a great 1st hello I know. Lets me have another go. Hi Im MontanaFX from London, I have been a big fan of Em since the release of the Marshell Mathers EP. From there I got into Dre's music and D12. I have to admit that for the last couple of years up until a few weeks ago, I havent been taking much interest in HIP-Hop in general. But now I am back on the scene and am trying to get upto date on all the latest news.

Its seems that I havent missed much (apart from Dr Advocate). Nothing worth knowing about as far as Shady/Aftermath are concerned anyway. Well it seems that I have come back at a perfect time. 08 is going to be big based on what I have heard.. Detox, new D12 and King.

welcome, if you think the only thing in hip hop youve missed is dr. advocate you need to stop listening and following only one record label.

youve missed about 30 years of hip hop history, and thats countless of sick artists, you wanne find real hip hop do some reasearch and find there music and then you'l realise dr. advocate sucks balls, and game sucks balls compared to the level of other artists


and im not hating, i got both games albums in my cd rack

dude you relise that game is not in aftermath anymore right? or you meant prolly ggg-unot gggunew here if so don't bother on finding about the new music cause the rap game atm is southside game

30 years, How I am only out of sync with the last few years. & TBH alot of the older stuff doesnt interest me much anyway. I can listen to NWA and a little bit of Run DMC. And more recently 2pac (not a biggie fan) and some old skoll Snoop.

You have both albums you say. Well your missing another 4 plus bear mixtapes. Dont get me wrong, I am not a big The Game fan. I only like 3 maybe 4 of his releases per album. But as far as Shady/Aftermath are concerned, he is the only thing worth a listening to have been released in the last 2 years.

Yeah.. But Dr Advocate was released under Dre's label. He still under Interscope which is as good as being on Aftermath.

I am liking some of Chamillionaires latest release. 08 gunna be big.
