Yeah the beat is great, but the song itself is damn funny xD
I wouldn't say it's a waste of a beat...he ended to make people laugh and succeeded. Well from what I know at least. I just like the overall sound of the song, and its disgustingly hilarious.

Yep, Fack's beat is cool and original... it was produced by Eminem himself? 
I always liked that song, but I think that was probably did just to fill space on Curtain call.
