was 50 cent's album "Power of the Dollar" ever released

i was reading on wikipedia and it said that...) Power of the Dollar is an unreleased, but heavily bootlegged, album from rapper 50 Cent. It was supposed to be his debut album with Columbia Records. but im sure i have seen it around....does anyone know it if was out is stores?
