Maximum lengths for Gamertag's and PSN's

Does anybody know the maximum length for a Xbox 360 gamertag and also the maximum for a PS3 PSN....I believe the PSN is 16 if anyone can confirm that. I need to know for a project.

i dunno PSN, but for xbl its 15 characters, 100% sure. im curious as to what your doing your project on though

I'm guessing you project is about the differences good and bad between the xbox 360 and the ps3. Just a guess.
