yeh he has said his last album would be called that, i dunno if his next is goni be last though, in a interview he said that after he did the track "the cool" on food and liqour he wanted to expand on it (resulting in the album "the cool") then in a interview after the cool he said he wanted to expand on the track "streets on fire" then mentioned that although he wants to do that he had always said he would only do 3 albums the last being Lupend, then joked that his last album might be a double album (first cd being Streets on fire and 2nd CD being lupend)

so yeh, i dunno if hes gonni stick around a little longer and do more than 3 albums, i hope he does coz his preseence in mainstream is awesome, especially when you think of how complex his shit is, instead of mainstream fans sleeping on underground artist, lupe got underground fans sleeping on him coz hes on MTV lol

i love that song, but the beat on it sucks, video sucks and that alone brings done the status of the song...

i get the concept of using a dirty south beat but it just sounds horrible like that.. he should remix this with a dope mart85 beat.

the video is part of the concept aswell, if you check out the i get money video along with a gazillion other, they all have plain white backgrounds and people just standing rapping...sometimes with a car, other times just with girls...lol so yeh everything form the beat to the video is part of the concept so i wouldnt say that brings down the status of the song, coz its part of the song concept lol

I don't think the beat is bad. I know it could have been better, but it isn't horrible. Can't wait for lupEND and hope he makes more albums after that.
