Anyone else beat it? It's like 4 in the morning and I've been playing for the past two days. I just finished it... I was seriously about to cry so many times at the end. I mean, I knew Zack died from playing FF7 and watching Advent Children, but damn. They told his story REALLY REALLY REALLY well. I was never a big fan of Zack's, but this game told an admirable story. Definitely one of the best games I've played in a while.

I especially like how he's not the typical hero who only cares about himself at the beginning and then cares about everyone else by the end (Cloud, Squall). I also liked how he wasn't overly bubbly either (Tidus). He had a very balanced personality. I was so attached to him by the middle of the game and I kept praying that he'd survive somehow and see Aerith again even though I know it doesn't work out that way in FF7.

I really can't even explain how "Wow"ed I am about the ending. It was the perfect amount of drama, and the final battle is just sad. I kept trying to hold out as long as I could, even though I know Zack was supposed to die.

Ahhh...Just had to rant about it somewhere.
