yep here for the "L" licensed people, someone whos 18+ with full license has to be with you while you drive. my bro used to drive with his "L" everywhere though without a full licensed person sitting next to him after 8 months he got caught had to pay $800 fine which he still hasn't payed

well.. we have to do a learning exams first learning from a book.. then u get lessons with an instructor till he says ur ready.. can be after 18 hours but also after 40 then u get ur driving exams wich is hard as fuck
