Star Wars The Force Unleashed: the story in this game sounds amazing. what better way to play than being Darth Vader's apprentice?

Guitar Hero Aerosmith + 4: i got bored of the songs on the other Guitar Hero's, ready to play some new ones

Saint's Row 2: more customizable than Grand Theft Auto 4. i believe i'll enjoy this game better :y:

the new Final Fantasy comming out for DS: not sure which one it is cuz i can't remember but i'm a fan of Final Fantasies.

that's it as far as i know

The Star Wars one seems to be good by the look of it. The story and the fighting.

Saint's Row 2 seems good enough by what I've read and seen but there's something about it which doesn't look good. Saint's Row 1 was good and fun but I've seen a vid of the 2 and the graphics don't seem to have improved much. As long as the story is good and as u said more customization.

I'm probably the only person looking forward to this, but I've been waiting for Spore for about (probably more than) 2 years. It looks amazing if you're into those kinds of games. Look up some videos on youtube or something if you haven't heard about it.

And the games Maybe posted look sick. I don't buy (or play) many games though. I usually rent them, but the good ones are always out of stock at Blockbuster.

Yeah, I think it's gonna be great. It basically goes Microscopic Phase> Creature Phase> Tribal phase> Civilization Phase> Space Phase. I'm more looking forward to the first 3 phases, because I had my fair share of civilization building games, and the creature creation looks amazing. They're even coming out with it separately this summer, and you'll be able to import the creatures you made with it into the actual game when it comes out. Errr I saw a video about how the mulitplayer universe works and how it's able to support all the players' planets, but I can't find it now.
Their website has some good info and videos/screenshots

this game and civ 4 are gonna kill my life :worship:

Lol I got Civ 4 a while ago. It's a pretty good game at first, but it gets boring after you've made a few civilizations. So I suggest you change the speed of the game so you're civilization lasts much longer and you have more time to beat the game, because it's hard for me to win even on the easiest difficulty. There are 5 methods of winning and they're all hard to achieve (for me, but I suck):
* Time Victory - achieved by the player who can do whatever it takes throughout all of human history to defeat enemies, expand their civs, win the hearts and minds of the people, and boasts the highest score at the end of the game, in 2050 AD.
* Conquest Victory - achieved by the player who successfully eliminates all of their rivals.
* Domination Victory - awarded when a player uses military might and cunning negotiation tactics to conquer a certain percentage of the world's population and 70 percent of the global land mass.
* Cultural Victory - awarded when a player has developed a culture so powerful that three of their cities have achieved legendary culture status.
* Space Race Victory - achieved when a player is the first to complete all of the components necessary to send colonists off into space to found a new colony on Alpha Centauri.
* Diplomatic Victory - awarded to the diplomatically gifted player who, at the end of the game, is elected to become the World Leader.

The scenarios are pretty good too. But you probably already know all this.

Civ 4 was alright. it's got nothin on Civ 2 though, fuckin loved that game. one of the problems with Civ 4 (and maybe the others too but i noticed it more here) is that you can use a Marine against an archer and he'll kick your ass cuz he's fortified in a city. overall though it's not bad. it brings some new things but the new things don't seem to really have an impact. you can't control the happiness of your cities worth a shit either.

Yeah that's true. All my soldiers would get the shit beat out of them by retard units...I haven't played the other Civs, so I don't really have anything to compare it to.

ok i have to say one more thing about the game, then i'm done. the single most annoying thing in Civ 4 is that as soon as a civilization comes in catact with yours, they'll ask you if you want open borders every two fuckin turns unless you go to war with them.
