Total Video Converter

as most of you know, you can convert to mp3 with Total Video converter. i was curious if i could take a mp3 at say... 128 kb/s (bad quality) and convert to mp3 and select 320 kbs (good quality)... would that actually increase the quality of the song?

EDIT: the reason i ask is cuz i tried it with a song and i didn't notice any difference.

no i doubt it... u can't make bad quality into good quality but u can do the opposite...

it's like u can't make a non-HD movie, HD by converting it to HD format.. ya know

yeh you cant, it sucks but its just one of them things, cant ugrade the quality form the original lol
