Stuck In Cyprus Coz of Army :(

Damn this .... i was gonna go to my favourite Soviet union this December for christmas ... instead the new laws on army recruitment prevent it for me from going back... if i do ... its 50% probable that ill be snatched of right in the airport to serve for 2 years ...wether i like this or not

I probably wont be home till 2008

I russia there aint enough men and they dont have enough ppl in the army
coz a lot of ppl are scheming on ways to continue in colledges and shit


i wouldnt mind serving .. if there was at least some perspective to it

its coz of population problems

its getting better ...since 2008 its only one year serving

but they just getting more strict about it now with the documents and shit, no exeptions

Hey Aspirine, I'm really sorry to hear that - couldn't you like, sneak into the country by crossing a few deserts and climbing a few mountains or so? Jk - 2008 seems very far away now, doesn't it... Wish you were so lucky to live in Denmark (another capitalist country btw where you have to be quite unlucky to get drafted and only have to serve between 4 and 12 months if you do. I don't even know why we actually have an army...
Keep up the good spirits though, at least getting drunk on the beach on christmas eve doesn't sound like the worst thing to be doing at christmas

My uncle studies there too .. he is finishing this year
he says its great....ive had nothing but good comments about Toronto so far
