I have an audio file and a beat, how do I put the two together?

Whats the easiest way to mix, it doesn't have to be good because it's just a joke song with my friends..

Stay away from Audacity it sucks get a bittorrent and search for a torrent of Adobe Auditions.

you just open the file into wavepad. the rest you just have to play around till u get it right. i learned fast

you have to save it AS a mp3 tho

Oh So What I did was play around and i ended up having scratch up audio with the quality of the first radio invented is that how you do it?

you did somthing wrong. dont mess with the options and stuff just save it was an mp3. mix the 2 files together.
