He is reffering to Tupac but if anything it's a tribute/compliment ..

The fact that 50 Cent got hit in the same way Tupac did .... but survived, is something major. At least that's what he's trying to say.

Yeah, it`s not a diss. He just knew people would be pointing out the similarities between himself n tupac. One of them being the fact that both were shot, well Tupac was shot five times and survived, but got nailed again in Vegas. Who is to say 50 Cent won`t have the same fate, he`s definitely pissin a lot of people off!!
