I loved it, except for weird end.. cuz I didn't understand a shit when I saw it the first time (still just seen it one time)... I was confused, like "wtf happened now, was thats scene the end" lol ..

i watched NCFOM some weeks ago, i dont like it when they build up a climax that just really end, still a great movie but with the Coen brothers i couldnt see it ending any other way.

I'm going to be honest... even with the great reviews I kind of disliked There will be blood... It was too long, lot's of filler, no excitement, and only 3/4 scenes with great dialog. Buuut... The acting was AMAZING, and for that it deserved it's awards and praise.


No country for old men was awesome in every way, except for it's extremely disappointing ending. None the less a good movie, solid story, and decent-good acting.


If I had to choose, it would be NCFOM.

I agree with pretty much everything. I saw both and thought Blood was good, but too long, and the acting was good. I thought it was kinda cool to see a movie set in older times that was actually interesting, and how it showed the obsession with oil (like today).

NCFOM is one of my favorite movies. I loved the plot, loved the acting, loved the whole movie. The movie was taken from a book, which i read after I saw the movie. The ending in the movie happens in the book, almost the whole movie is exactly the same down to the dialogue, but in the book the bad guy (Antone Suger) takes the money to some other guy and there's a little more to it. Idk i think the movie was better how it ended then adding that part, just my opinion, I kinda forget exactly how it ends. Good topic
