Em freestyled on this beat long time ago, the freestyle is called "white boy shit" with stretch armstrong ...it's quite dope.
now as for your question, I'm not sure, but freestyles are never performed on original beats, so this beat must have been used before as an original song, but I don't know if it's this guy's song you posted.
