Terminator: The Sarah Conner Chronicles

Postby ,-,'-{Bar}-',-, » Sep 10th, '08, 20:23

the second season started not to long ago (only 1 episode in second seried has been aired the second episode is on the 15th) so i decided to check out the first season its only got 9 episodes and i found great quality downloads at 1 link per episode so i was like, meh why not/

im goin to post them in the download section once i post this thread and i recomend you all check it out :smoking:

anywae i had seen this advertised and spoke about alot during the first season but never checked it out, coz terminator is a great movie yeh but i just couldnt see how a series about it would be good, i thought it would be like watching a hour long version of terminator 2 each episode..but it wasnt. to put it in 3 words, Its Fucking Awesome.

youve got a strong history in the core story line and alot of history with all the characters and also some really nice "oh shit remember her" if youve seen the first 2 films, and i highly reccomend you watch both of them to get the most enjoyement out the series, but it isnt necceserry anything you need to know you find out in the show.

i dont really wanne discuss it too much incase no one has seen it and wants to check it out once i post the links, but i think its great, excellent character interaction, realistic sci-fi, awesome action, great special effects, even some of the more complex stuff you see in shows like lost is in there not enough that your goin to go and makes theorys about it, but there's some biblical refferences and shit like that.

it shocked me how the show was as good as it was and how they even flipped the concept a little, only thing that annoys me is the time travelling aspect, there fighting to change johns fate and stop skynet ever being created but, if they stopped that then it would change the future so that john never sent anyone back to protect sarah so she would never have concevied john...you see the problem ? so thats a bit of a fucked up "lets just ignore it" thing the creators have did but the rest of the show it so strong i didnt care about it too much.

damn, didn't know that this was back already.

The first season was pretty good. Your right about the time travel thing though. I spent awhile trying to figure it out but it's more fun to just watch and ignore. :smoking:

Cause they truly can't stop the war, specially with a movie coming out.

Guess that makes the show kinda pointless. :-k

But I agree, it's a great show and I can't wait to see the new episode

yeh your right..although the series is set after teminator 2, not terminator 3, idk the whole timeline is a bit messy to me i should find a website that explains it more lol

1.Omg these characters are nothing like john and sarah

2.Omg the action sequence are so cheesy

3. okay im starting to like this

4. Omg why am i intrested in this????

Lol its a decnet watch bu i dont feel like it stands anywhere near terminator it feels like im watching a cheap knock off. Its a boredom watch for me but kinda interested in it still. Reminds me of terminator version of Smallville lol.

lol i sorta wathed it with a different view, like i thought "oh so this is what john and sarah are like when there just at home like a normal family" i didnt compare to the way they were in the films i just lokoed at is as an expansion on the characters, but i thought john was good.

i enjoyed the action aswell, but it was "terminator action" the only thing shit about it is when 2 terminators fight they just push each other witch is extremely gay
