Sure your eyes can get sore after a while...but looking at anything for a long time does that

and like you said everything is bad for you, but when you read or you watch TV, you tend to focus a lot more, and you forget to blink, causing ur eyes to dry up and mess up.

I just finished reading the book, and damn it was a good read, lol. Lots of personal shit about Em in there, and you can tell that he wrote the whole book. It's just over 200 pages, but with tons of bad-ass pics, lol. There's LOTS of raps in it too, tons of sheets with unreleased and released lyrics on them, you just gotta find them with Em's messy ass writting, lol.

Deffinetly worth the buy though, really good read.
