I've learned over the past few weeks that you will have Obama supporters saying how they will move to Canada if McCain is elected, and vice versa. It seems there is an equal divide between both those who support or oppose either candidate.

^ i understand ur views, and why u say what u say. i just can't believe that this country can get any worse. i mean, come on, any president's better than bush's 2nd term. no child left behind is a prime example, obama's going to reform schools. that's a good thing. cuz school system's are not working very well over here.

You have to remember Bush's second term = Dem's having Congress. I'm no republican but Democrats are just as much to blame, the president can only do so much harm, and Congress has completely failed the American people.

As far as school system's not working very well...instead of wanting to improve quality..Obama will just spend MORE money on schools. What does this mean? Teachers getting higher salaries and instead of being tested to make sure they deserve to be a teacher, they'll have more tenure, low risks and all the problems of American schools just continue on. America spends more money on education than any country in the world, yet we're far below the world in studies--Spending more money is not the answer.

This is a pretty fair description of the McCain health care plan.

They're all in it for the money. They all are. That's what makes this country run, it's sick, and I'm sorry to hear about your father. We're a fucked up country with tons of internal problems, yet we worry about funding every third world country. It's sick and it probably won't change which makes it hard to live our lives knowing how fucked up our world is. first of all, regardless of the bullshit "severity" shit, the point is most americans cant afford health care at all, let alone afford the full payment of medical treatment. Obama wants to make health care affordable to EVERYONE. do you pay your own health insurance? if you don't let me fill you in. its somewhere in the ballpark of 3 grand a head, a month. So if your raising 3 kids and supporting a wife thats 15 g's a month on health care. under obama's plan this will be greatly reduced. furthermore, despite his relative inexperience, Obama has the capability to go down as one the great presidents in history in the same lane as kennedy, lincoln, and clinton. if your not for obama your either a veteran, a staunch republican who refuses to "think outside of your party", or your racist (weather you are or aren't aware of it). so mcmaybe, what is so great about mccain? he is going to drive the economy into deeper depression thus making the relative price of seeing a doctor exponentialy higher. mccain more or less = bush on economic policy. under clinton, we had a surplus. over the last 8 years, bush ruined that surplus and made it a gigantic debt. if mccain becomes president his senile ass is going to make that debt larger. and even if he doesnt, there is a good chance hell croak and thew PALIN is president. PALIN. she, when elected governor, made all high officials in her area of governance submit resumes to her to make sure there views "alligned" with hers, and if they didnt, they got fired. so think before you talk and turn off that fox news that is warping your head mcmaybe.
