10/21/08 Weezy's Assistant Explains Weed To Court

Today in New York, Lil Wayne had his hearing for his weapons charge stemming from a show last year at the Beacon Theater in Manhattan. Although the case about a gun, Lil Wayne's assistant, Terry Bourgeois testified by giving the court a lesson on weed. Weezy's assistant said that weed was "something we always have" on Wayne's bus. Bourgeois even went on to say that Wayne smoked "dro" which she had to explain was "hydroponically grown" weed. Wayne sat there the whole time with his head in his hands. Wayne's assistant did go on to say that she did not see Wayne with a gun on the night in question BUT she did "occasionally" saw guns and drugs on the bus. Wayne is due back in court in December.
