I think the lower lip would work better if it was a bit darker. Or if you made a darker spot under it like on the photo to make it more concrete.
And yeah, fix that double chin, you don't need the extra line under his actual chin.

Otherwise it's great and not only for a first attempt! You're gonna get really good at this :y: !
