Nas is better, Jay is more successful. Jay-Z is a pop star. Nas never strayed away from his raw 100% hip hop style. Jay wanted to make money, Nas wanted to influence minds. They're completely different, but since they beefed it's not hard to see that Nas is monumentally better than the 2nd most overrated rapper alive. Ether completely annihilated Jay. Period. The beef was over right there.
As for no song being better than Dead Presidents. Well Illmatic was better, One Mic was as good, NY State of Mind Pt. 2. I mean if you look at Nas overall he has plenty of songs that are as good or better than Dead Presidents.

Most overrated rapper alive is Lil Wayne. My favorite rapper is Pac tho, Nas is a close 2nd
