LL is not one of the worst rappers of 2008, exit 13 isnt a great album by anyones standard and he is showing hes out of times, dated, and lost it. but just for what he did before he should never be put on a list like this and tech 9 is a arrogant prick for doin it, and i can bet he bumped "i cant live without my radio" 24/7 like anyone else who even remotely listens to hip hop, classic shit is timeless so it doesnt matter if he uses the stupilation "in 2008".

fact is if you aint controversial or keeping on top of the game with collabs you just aint goin to sell in this time period, but 13 studio albums and a career that basically spans all of hip hop, he shouldnt be on the list.
