Although Jay-Z, along with Diddy and Mary J Blige, has been busting his ass to urge people to vote for Barack Obama, he was told to stay away from Barack Obama's rally tonight in Chicago's Grant Park tonight (11/4). Rumors are going around that many celebrities have been trying to get VIP invites to the event but instead they are being told to stay away. ”There really only needs to be one star in Grant Park, and that’s Barack,” an Obama insider said,”There will be plenty of time for a new President Obama to be surrounded by famous fans, all hopeful about a new administration.”

Other celebs told to stay away include actors Tim Robbins, Susan Surandon and Ben Affleck. Of course the only celebrity expected to make an appearance at the rally is longtime Obama supporter Oprah Winfrey.
