Lil Wayne will perform at the Country Music Awards tonight. That's right, Weezy will hit the stage with Kid Rock at the 42nd Annual Country Music Awards tonight. Weezy and Rock have performed together before at the MTV VMAs back in September. Tonight will mark the first time a hip hop artist will perform at the Country Awards. The Country Music Awards air from Nashville, Tennessee tonight on ABC.

In related news, Lil Wayne is featured on two new tracks from Kanye West that are believed to be from his new album "808s & Heartbreak." The first "Tell Everybody That You Know" [listen here] hit the net yesterday while the second "See You In My Nightmares" [listen here] leaked today.
