Drive Slow and No One's Iller were both sampled from Hank Crawford's "Wildflower", so just because Kanye happened to do the same sample doesn't mean he ripped it off: it was done in a different way than theirs. Plus, Eminem did not produce back then; he only got into producing after Dre taught him some techniques, and No One's Iller was made for the Slim Shady EP, i.e. before Dre signed him.
