Beat - Drums are ill as fuck, hard hitting and dope. Melody isn't bad but should of used a different sound other than that brass, to many melodies that use brass sound like that. So it wasn't special. Could of been better but not bad it still doesn't dissapoint.

Jay-Z's verse is dope as fuck, matches 100%. Great job on that, seems like Jay-Z suits for those hard hitting drums alot. Eminem's verse was pretty cool to, on point and flow and all. Like you said quality wasn't best but it was still enjoyable. Plus I haven't heard it before lol.

The video is pretty fucked up, not sure if Jay was saying the exact same thing in the audio lol but it didn't look like it. Plus it was plain boring, and when Eminem came in, it got even more confuzing lol. So besides the video the remix was a good job homie.

Holy shit that was great! You need to do more! Preferably with Em and Nas, or Lupe.

thanks everybody for the comments

@tash and sajjad: you had never heard that Re-Up track before? it's on the (multi-platinum) Re-Up album :p or maybe you just forgot about it?

tash: about the pella, remember that cable thing I told you about, for the Shady Narcotics instrumental I made, well I did the same thing for this song, and it got rid of most of the melodies (there wasn't many melodies anyways) and then I just EQ'd the kick/drums out, as best as I could, but they're still pretty much there.. but mixed on the beat, it sounds decent enough

and sajjad, about the video, Jay-Z and Eminem made one live performance together (unless I missed some  ) so I just used that video and put footage here and there, mixed with some pictures, to make it more interesting than a black screen lol... as for the brass sounds, you're right, but that was my "objective" when I started to make the beat, I wanted to make a beat with brass since I haven't made many like these before, and I wanted the beat to have an epic feel  thanks for the long feedback man, always appreciated :y:

i love ur concepts dude, like you making it into a brand new song and basing it round "Best Rapper Alive" and using the eminem and jay-z samples in the intro and chorus is a real nice touch. That makes your remixes different to ALL others so :worship:

remix is awesome, i think jay-z's verse just beats eminems but i cant really fault either....and nice touch re-producing the censored bit :8)

and im amazed how you've managed to make such a HQ DIY acapella, can you do that for more pellas? or was the re-up kinda unique?

only negative i could possibly think of is that i'm kinda seeing similarities in your beats, they all seem to have that same feel to them, i dno if thats a good or bad thing cos they're all real hot but if someone gave me 2 beats and told me to pick which one was the mart beat, i think i could get it right 9/10 times....so you could try and mix up the producing a bit for your next one.....cant wait to hear it :8) :y: :worship:

I disagree with all his beats sounding the same, I mean every producer has there sound that they use in almost every beat but if you notice he has some different beats and I think this was just his comfort zone beat.
