for example he did Bitch Please II live preformance, and everyone in the song does the chorus "Only nigga that i trust is me" or something, and Eminem raps it too. No one cared.

It's not that hard to believe. Eminem got him rich, I don't think he gives a fuck what he says...

Eminem says it in concerts if he's with 50 or Dre, I've heard him. He's used it before as a diss to some bitch and caught some heat for it. I don't think he'd do it in a song or as an insult now because A.) He's not an idiot, B.) He knows that it wouldn't help him in any way, and C.) He's not racist (which is kinda covered by the idiot part)
