my sister was sleeping on the couch in the living room and i thought i'd be nice and carry her and her (120ish weight) to her room, and I FUCKIN reinjured my lower back!

I've had a lower disc injury since i was in the 7th grade aka when I was 13 lol. Gotta thank my soccer days, After a soccer game (it was the finals for my school we won the cup), I came back home injured as fuck, layed on the bed and got locked lol, couldn't move any part of my body thats connected to my spine, hurt badly, I was in lock mode for probably an hour. I always use to do bicycle kicks, not to mention in that time my mother had a baby and I would always carry him and shit, so yeah fucked up my back long time ago.
