Chris Brown and Rihanna are being sued by a photographer who says he was beaten and robbed after he took a picture of the famous couple in May. According to TMZ, Luis Santana is seeking $1 million dollars in the lawsuit he filed today in Florida, claiming he was tackled outside Chris Brown's 19th birthday party in St. Petersburg.

The photographer says that bodygaurds for Rihanna, Chris Brown and the venue attacked him for taking a photo through an open limo window. Although the lawsuit says only his $3,000 camera was lost, he's seeking a million dollars because he says the photo he took would have been worth that much as it showed the couple together (at the time they weren't officially dating).
