50 dissed Nas on Piggy Bank because he thought that by riding the success of GRODT and starting beef with NY rappers he'd A.) Sell another 10 million copies, and B.) Grab the title of "King of New York" which is so sought after for w/e reason.
Anyways, to the dude talking about air play and whatnot, Nas doesn't give a shit about people buying his albums and buying his singles or ringtones or how many times his songs get played. He's had the same raw style since Illmatic in the early 90's and has yet to sell out. He knows that he has a fan base of people that listen to him faithfully, so he continues to make Nas music. He doesn't go with trends like the 50's and Weezy's of the world. He just does him, all day, every day. That's why he'll go down as one of the best to ever do it.
