12/5/08 Here We Go Again, DMX Arrest Warrant Issued

DMX continues to have legal problems, the most recent being a new warrant for his arrest. A Maricopa County judge issued a warrant for the arrest of the rapper after he missed a court appearance today (12/5). The hearing was for drug, identity theft and animal cruelty charges.

X's lawyer, Bradford Cohen, told TMZ that DMX is currently residing in an undisclosed rehab facility and DMX was supposed to show the judge paperwork justifying his absense due to medical issues. X is also being forced to post a $120,00 cash bond or he could possibly face more jail time.
