Movies usually take at max 3 hours there, so many seeds. Then just use a program to convert to an MP4, a good one is 'Total Video Converter' (its in the DL Section, just search). Then when the movies done just convert to mp4 and then open in itunes and when you connect your ipod to itunes just transfer over the movie like you would do with a song
