Ski or Snowboard

Winters here and i wanna get on the mountains. I just dunno whether i want to ski or board?
I use to ski 10+ years ago, and never boarded, but always thought it looked mad fun.

tried snowboard too, was good. needa get myself a board and get started with snowboarding.


you know, depends on what type of holiday you wanna go for. if you go for a ski/snowboard camp with instructors, you can go with snowboarding - they probably gonna teach you fast and you'll be able to do it on your own in no time.

I skii'd once when I was really young (like 8-ish). Then a couple of years ago I decided to snowboard and basically taught myself. I've been going up at least once a year to snowboard now. Both are fun of course, but I say you should at least try out snowboarding and something new, then decide what you really like and stick with it. Have fun either way .

I don't think skills in skiing relates to snowboarding at all. It's a completely different experience (sort of like rollerblading vs. skateboarding). I think you should just go for it too .

I know what you mean but people seem to suggest that you should ski first and then try out snowboard. I dunno really.

i heard if you ski or have ski'd that boarding is alot easier to pick up. but yeah i guess im skiing this year. i asked for a pretty expensive pair of ski's for christmas not thinking the rents would say yes, and they did. pretty sweet.

i`ve never board in my life but i`d like to try sometimes...
well... ski-ing is pretty fun... ì´ve fall very nicely couple of times thinking "oh my god i´m gonna die", but here i am and what doesnt kill you can only make you stronger.......

I sprained my arm when I was going free riding, it was nothing but it was certainly annoying. The really thick snow made it hard.

hmm im 18 in february. since i was 2 i was skiing. on snowboard im for 5 years. i prefer skies. cuz im not scared to make that speeds which im makin. <hah last year i made 135 kmh <sumthin like 83 mph>

but nvm.. so.. i prefere skies

i fuckin hate the crowd. thank God, i never been skiing in Zakopane.
