T.I. and Ludacris will both perform on NBC's "New Year's Eve with Carson Daly" special. The Atlanta rappers will headline the annual show along with Katy Perry of "I Kissed A Girl" fame. "The addition of T.I. is huge," Carson Daly says, "Since the end of June, either T.I. or Katy Perry has predominantly held the number one spot on Billboard's Hot 100. More importantly, with T.I. we get the artist of the year to perform in primetime." The show will air live on Wednesday, December 31st at 10pm EST.
