Well he kinda remixed LL's "Walking with the panther".

So I just think he titled it "Jelaousy Woes II" because the chorus is kinda the same in each track.

I don't know, the song I have on my computer is called "Walking with the panther", but it may be titled "Jealousy" to, don't really know actually.
