Most often what new members (with even less than 10 posts) do is request shit in Download Requests forum... they messing up that forum too...

i think newbies shud firstly be denied entrance, like normal member have to the VETS section, once any mod feels like they have contributed enough , he/she can grant access to the newbie.
it works 2 ways, we get rid of all the crap on the forum and control it and secondly it acts as a prize or token of appreciation.that way the kid also realises that good feeback on different topics is rewarded.
Plus there's also the VETS section, ppl allways work hard for that 1.
