Could someone PLEASE show me the track(s) that has so many people thinking he's this amazing rapper. I mean I saw a lot of people giving love to brooklyn girls and I've listened to it about 5 times and it's whack as shit. Maybe I just don't like his style, but I want to like some of these new rappers. I already think Asher is boring as shit, I'd like to think that some of these newcomers aren't trash past B.O.B. and maybe Kool Kids or w/e. So one of you Hamilton fans, please show me why this dude is worth a listen. I mean dig up his BEST 3-5 tracks and just blow me away.

^Word thanks Chet :smoking:

If that's the case then it's all good. But I feel like I haven't heard him enough to attack him, so I wanna give him a fair chance.

Check the song "Brooklyn Girls", it's easily his best track. It's what first got me into his music, which I don't really pay that much attention to anymore. But this track is deffinetly a banger.

Edit: Jumped to conclusions before I read your full post, lmao. Nevermind that then.....

See I've listened to that track about half a dozen times and just can't vibe with it. I've seen the name thrown around a lot on these boards, so I checked it out first and it just wasn't hittin for me :( :'(

Superstar > Superman
Ambitions of a Rider > Ambitions of Musicians
Unapologetic 6.5/10 (hillary clinton line was dope tho)
Butterfly Effect 7/10 (he needs to stop trying to sing...)
I fucking hated Don't Touch Me

Overall he seems to be average, but not my style of rapper. Thanks for suggesting those tracks. I'll make the final decision when Chet posts the songs I should check.

Ambitions of Musicians was probably the best song of his that I've heard. Not better than Pac's obviously, but it was still pretty impressive and gave me the inspiration to listen to the other songs. The freestyle was decent, but respect cuz he was def comin off the top.

Yeah that wasn't bad. His voice annoys me to hell through half of it though. Can barely understand what the hell he even says.

Imo his strenght is just freestyling, he can come from the top and go on for hours. His tracks are meh.
But he isn't that bad, just his delievery annoys me, he sounds boring.

It's all good Chet. No worries.

mcZu, he gets extremely repetitive very quickly imo. Granted it is all off that top of the head, but I'd rather some tracks. I did spend about 2 hours listening to him and critiquing him, and I've come to realize that he's decent, but he's just not my type of rapper like Chet said early on. Thanks everybody
