1/30/09 Rick Ross Replies To 50 Cent Diss

As we previously reported, Rick Ross took a shot at 50 Cent in his new song "Mafia Music" [listen here]. Ross makes references 50 Cent's baby mama drama. Last night 50 Cent released a new song "Officer Ricky (Go Head, Try Me)" [listen here] in which he responds to the Miami rapper and his comments.

Now Rick Ross has responded. The Boss called into Shade45, Eminem (and sometimes 50 Cent's) radio station, to talk to show host Angela Yee about the situation [listen here]. Ricky says it started when he met the G-Unit general backstage at the BET Awards and 50 "made an expression on his face." Rick says "I was positive that couldn't be the response, hes fucking choking" [listen here] Ross continues saying "we are all going to act like we didn't hear that garbage, we going to give you another 48 hours" to come up with something better.
