What album is the best?

Postby Jay-19 » Dec 5th, '05, 17:01

What hiphop-album do you think is the best ever made?

I'd probably say Eminem - Marshall Mathers LP.

But there's many good albums, but that's the best!

A CLASSIC is either an album with all great songs on it, or one of extreme importance.

"Paid in full" -- is the first lyrically advanced album and had a ENORMOUSE effect on Hip Hop.... if u listen to hip hop U should know that.

MMLP is a classic album, but it aint close to quite a lot of albums.

2pac All eyez on me,if they released both cds seperate the both woulda went platnium.

2pac Me against the world was the best album ever made in my opinion,im 17 now, when i was a kid my bro had all 2pac albums and i listen to this the most, every song was fire and meaningfull.

Dr.Dres Chronic 94 album made rap history, everyone started to copy it,masterpeice and that goes for 2001,Detox thats comming will be the best rap album ever created without a doubt.

50cents Get rich or Die Tryin',sold more than 870.000 albums within the first week, beating Snoop Doggs 93 release "Doggystyle". Now 11 Million + ,that album made rap history.

albums from eazy,Rakim,Ice Cube are fire to,theres just to many to name.

if you guys wanna hear alot of different flows other than Em then i suggest you guys pick up the SoundBombing albums and the Lyricist Lounge albums..you guys have to start opening your minds to music other than Em...i know most of you juss started listening to hip hop cuz of Em which is always good, but go back and learn the albums before Em broke to the scene..the shit that people are calling hip hop music nowadays is not hip hop music, it is bullshit to grab and take money and get a weak 15 min of fame
