Postby slimsoxshady » Feb 7th, '09, 04:15

even tho this beat is missing that guitar that i like in the original lil wayne song, i always wanted to use this beat so check this song out and leave feedback whether positive or negative its all good...just a heads up, from the title u should get the idea this isn't the most deep and meaningful song in the world lol but its got some good lines so peep it...

+ Good concept and attempt to suite a complex flow structure. Good punchlines and wordplay. Some funny lines too.
+Good idea for the beat and decent mixing for home recording although the beat could be less repetitive and the mixing could used layering and more vocal mastering.

-As i saidd the beat got repetative. couldnt feel the bassline at all
-Flow is not consistant throughout the track... i recommend overcoming the need to rush a track to put it straight out, record once play it 100 time then record it perfectly with every rhyme to the snare and suiting tempo.

overall decent track ... 6/10

its just a written freestyle man over a looped version of lil wayne's beat, which is not the official instrumental so thats why so repetitive, and switching the flow up is a good thing but thats my opinion haha...i hate spending more than 2 hours to record a track and re=recording is boring as fuck lol....but thanx for the input i appreciate it :y:
